Hope its not too late to answer ur question, since I have just found this clip. What Tina meant is that she would take Bette and her controlling behaviour any time over the man she has been dating. Tina was giving a hint that she wanted to get back with Bette. But then decided not to pursue it when Bette asked "would you".. If only they really talked about their feelings, then the affair and drama in S5 wont happen...but since I love S5, Im not complaining.
