1.over consumption of sugar is the main cause of all disease in the body.
2. A vegetation diet is not a healthy diet and is not sustainable in nature nor do any tribe still alive today practice a 100% vegetation diet.
3.over consumption of carbohydrates in general ,flour,sugar processed foods are what causes illness.
A water fast of 72 hours helps to restore the bodies natural balance,then the individual needs to eat a healthy diet of fish,meat,milk and vegetables with fruit in that order.

obesity is the main cause of diabetes, heart problems, circulatory problems..nothing new. alot of people are in denial because they want to continue making their trip to the drive-thru for a happy meal.

You are talking junk Soy is bad for health and you are right about no vegetable food containing complete protein. But you are misguiding people because is does not mean vegetarians will never get complete protien. It means that vegetarians have to eat 4-5 types of vegetables to get complete protien. And research proves that you can eat in on different days not on same day. I think looking at your face no one will believe you. you need to lose some weight first
