Cutting 1/2" polypropylene plastic with my MechMate at 100"/min. The spindle is a colombo RV90 running at 10K rpms, the cutter is a 1/4" Onsrud (63-725) which is designed for soft plastics.Cut's like butter :)

Impressive. You can also use a ceramic tile circular cutting wetblade to cut your rectangles, too!
Makes "clean" cuts and doesn't burn up your acrylic.
