Hey. Just working out today and barely got started when I had to go to the loo to throw up. Why? I did 5 minutes on the bike at a high resistance. I'm pretty unfit is all. It's also because I had a big breakfast, which probably didn't help. I learnt my lesson and it won't happen again.

  • hey man. I've got some advice for ya. i too, at the end of my workouts, or in the middle, have gotten extreme nausea and fatigue. every workout was getting like that. i realized why. dehydration.

    before your workouts, make sure you've drank atleast 2 bottles of water or so. then drink a glass of water 10-15 minutes before your workout.

    and warm up with jumping jacks or something, to get your blood pumping. then get on the bike and GRADUALLY speed up. so if this helps. it helped me.

  • getting sick has nothing to do with having a big ego ya stupid prick.. it means your pushing yourself to your complete max iv got sick during a work out on many ocasions but the difference between me and you is i kept on going like a boss..grow a pair bro suck it up and keep up the workout
