me acuerdo q hicimos el video después de una noche larga de mucho trabajo, estaba tod patas parriba ;) pero en fin, la idea era q vieran como se hacia un tamagoyaki... Disculpen el desorden!

@kitarocks He is using a paper towel with some oil on it to clean the pan.. then he uses paper towel soaked in oil to re-coat the bottom of the pan after every time he makes the egg

日本料理店で修業した人のように見えますが、油の使い方を親方に
注意されませんでしたか? 油が多いと匂いそのものが脂っぽくて食べたくなくなります。
フィリピンの方とかは、これでもかというくらい油を使いますね。
