@shiney7ify Humans blink their eyes on average over 23,000 times in a day. The reason is to clean and lubricate the eyes. That is why I blink my eyes. If I wanted to show my eye makeup then that would have been the subject matter of the video and I would have labeled it so. However, it was not the subject matter and it's about nails if you have not noticed. Thanks for noticing though. Hope I have answered your question!

Retard is not even really a word, it is a casual insult that derives from the word "retarded" (which is a medical term) and has long been considered inappropriate. It sounds crude to hear it used, and many people find it offensive, even if they have no one in their family who is mentally challenged.
