i live in australia and in acro we call a standing one a back flip, and a no handed one a back sault. and we call a step out one a flick flack. its different everywhere you go

ideally i'm going to learn to do it after a round-off... which i thought was called a flick. i'm a cheerleader so i would call a standing one a back handspring... more to the point... 'does it really matter???'
