MegaMan Zero 4: Pegasolta Eclair [Ultimate Mode] (Part 6)

Stage: Hanging Gardens
Weather: Cloudy

This stage is sort of hard, especially with the lack of visibility and the wind pushing you back. Makes it much easier to fall into one of the many pits. However, this stage belongs to my favorite Einherjar Warrior, Pegasolta Eclair.

Choosing the non-cloudy weather will remove the clouds blocking your view and the wind. Also, the boss room will not have heavy rain to push you back.


[Pegasolta Eclair]

My favorite Einherjar Battle. I find it really fun. The boss has a nice design also.

A fairly difficult boss if you don't know what you're doing. The boss room has 3 platforms separated with space in between them. The hard part about this fight is staying on those platforms, as you can easily fall by either getting knocked back or stunned while traversing between the platforms. The rain will periodically push you in one of two directions.


[Aerial Dive]:
Eclair will dive in a "V" shape, attempting to grab you with his legs. If caught, he will toss you in an open space resulting in instant death. There is a slim chance that you can recover from the toss, but it's fairly difficult to do so since you're stunned for a short period of time. You will receive damage when grabbed.

[Lightning Lance]:
Eclair will fire 2 icicle shaped electrical pods. If these 2 successfully land on any of the platforms, a surge of energy will flow between them.

[Thunder Stab]:
Eclair will fly back and forth 3 times, then proceed to charge across the screen. Each time he moves back and forth, he will change his level of altitude. It looks as though he's shaking while doing it.

[Lightning Sweep]:
Eclair will charge up and fly to either ends of the room. He will proceed to fire 2 lines of electricity, one horizontally and one downwards at a 45 degree angle. While firing, Eclair will lower his altitude in attempts to sweep up the 2 outer platforms. Standing on the middle platform doesn't mean you're safe though; you can still get hit. You have to dash at the right time to avoid it.

[DESPERATION: Lightning Dive]:
Eclair will charge up and fly offscreen. He will then come from the side with a huge amount of energy surrounding him and charge across the entire room. He sometimes curve upwards during the flight.

@HellOmega954 Megaman Zero is on the GBA, but you can get it on the Nintendo DS now. Megaman Zero Collection. all 4 parts in one small cartridge. :D
