actually, Harley Davidson's are reliable. and well thought out, I know this because I am doing a chopper project on a 79' XS 650 and oil started pouring out when I removed the oil filter, unlike the ground pounder. bikes made in japan/china are made to work..but if something goes wrong. it can be more difficult to repair because they don't go that far into it. that is my opinion from actually working on one. what about you?

You know why people don't buy Harleys? because they suck, lower the price and make them more reliable and then maybe they will sell.

luv harley's, but metrics are a better bike, performance, quality, looks, technology and a lot less dinero. Dont know why.

nice bike..enjoy and be safe!..I had a 2000 intruder 1500lc and it was an excellent bike and very comfortable.Only complaint was limited cruizing range but I would buy another one in a sec...
