First, google "LotsaWater" it's the screensaver that does the water effect.

Then open up your terminal (or invoke Visor), and paste this line:

/System/Library/Frameworks/Scr­eenSaver.framework/Resources/S­creenSaverEngine.app/Contents/­MacOS/ScreenSaverEngine -background -module LotsaWater &

Closing the terminal window will stop it, as will typing "killall ScreenSaverEngine"

If that's too lengthy, google up .bash_profile and use it to make a shortcut

Just google "blacktree" and "visor", it's the top hit.
