  • Why are people so dumb? Didn't you hear her say they were cooking both traditional Moroccan food as well as NEW TAKE on the Moroccan cuisine. Morocco is a Muslim country. Alcohol is forbidden, but once you cook with is all the alcohol cooks out, and you are left with FLAVOR. I wish people would learn to not say anything when they have nothing nice to say. Good job man, delicious looking food.

    in moroccan cooking there is no wine because it muslim country and muslim people,nobody use wine,it is forbiden.he is just idiot,look at his hear style you know that he is not conservative&he is trying to be like american& modern

    And if you notice,he said in 5:01 min moroccan don't use wine in mroziya because it muslim country
