An image was taken every five minutes for approximately 87 hours, at room temperature. You can see each morning the heating kicked on and caused moisture to build up on the lid of the petri plate.

  • @adamebiology the camera I used (Nikon Coolpix 8400) has a timelapse feature that allows you to set time intervals of pictures and compiles them all into a video.

  • @ddaamaccom condensation from what source. in the dish or outside .especially since it may be a incubator where the temp is set to remain constant. is it an indication of periodic bacterial activity ?
