If you answer some questions for me I may be able to help you a lot. Weight loss is a gradual and very easy process for most people, I can tell you if it will be easy or hard for you.
I know just what you mean about finances being low & carbs being cheaper. I too have really changed the amount of food I eat, but really need to add frutis & veggies to my diet. I really wish I could feel comfortable revealing my weight, but I haven't gotten there yet. wow, 46lbs loss already since Feb. that is awesome. I'm so proud of you. I need to get me some R.S. tapes. I really can see your weight loss. Isn't the body sooo forgiving: knees, ankles, feet all start feeling better. blessing
