-Watermelon Sit Press
-Watermelon Burpees-Watermelon Climbers (2x's back to back sets)
-Quick Squat Jumps
-Watermelon (rolling) Push-Ups
-Watermelon Side Chops (do both sides 2x's)
(repeat either push ups or burpees)
-Watermelon Bridges
(Perform 4 rounds or as many as you can in 24 mins)
