u r starting to twist too late. u need to set fast and hard with ur arms and then twist heard. start twisting earlier but u cant forget to set with ur arms tho.

Try to strech your shoulders more often sp you can reach back farther . But you have to keep your stomache and your seat in. You will rotate faster and jump if you want to go higher.
learn to do a roundoff on the left side its MUCH eaiser if u spin on the left side like u do , and its easier to learn to do a roundoff with the left side then it is to learn to do a double twist on the right side ! try it without shoes to :D
