@TJMcMillanMusic Well said...I am also a "true" van halen fan,as i enjoy the entire catalogue of this amazing band with all the lead singers.As far as lead singers go, it's just a matter of who you like, it's totally subjective,like music in general is..the personal insults and hateful comments by people on this thread over lead singers is sad,and quite lame imho.

Saw Sammy play a solo gig within weeks of a Gary Cherone VH gig. Sammy was great and I didn't want it to end, even after 3hrs! I felt like I was tolerating the VH gig, seething at how disrespected the audience was. Say how great VH are all you want, I ain't buying. They wasted 2hrs of my time and they're not getting any more.
