Transformers- Savior (Worth Dying For)

A short video of one of my favorite movie franchises to one of my favorite Christian bands. i love the first two transformers and what I noticed is that Optimus Prime shares many of the same qualities as Jesus Christ. I'm not saying he is, but metaphorically it's a good story and Optimus Prime is a Christ-like figure in the Transformers movies in the way that he sacrifices for others, protects those he cares about, and dies to be resurrected again.

The first couple minutes of the song is form Destroy by Worth Dying For and the song itself is Savior by Worth Dying For. Jesus Christ is MY super hero always and forever

@jhhswrestler haha you have a point Optimus was pretty brutal in that movie O.o but I've been a fan of Optimus and the whole Transformers series since I was a child :p so I'm still on his side haha

@sTeAmPuNkHoUsExD3 everyone has their own interpretation of things they watch. you could see it as optimus being ruthless but as a Christian i don't see the autobots vs the decepticons as humans vs humans or anything along those lines but rather a visualization and metaphor of spiritual warfare between good and evil. powerful stuff :)

@christscorpion The beginning of the song is from another song by Worth Dying For called "Destroy" and the rest is called "Savior". I put the two together because the beginning part sounded like Transformers. You should look that first song up by the way it's very very powerful stuff.
