Here I am making a double espresso with my new open spout, on the new Rancilio Silvia gen 3 -09.
I really like the open one. The one that came with the machine wasnt any good... I really liked the taste on this one. Mayby a little bit to long time... But it tasted really good.
The beans are from Mauro, De Luxe

@ASFx2600 sorry, you sort of felt some of my anger towards all youtube commenters on espresso videos. For some reason everyone is convinced that they alone know how to make the best shot.

I have the Rancilio Silvia (ver. 2) and the Rocky...not bad. Wish I had the upgraded steam spout that actually angles out from the machine that you have on the version 3. Have you tried latte art? It's very difficult with the old steam wand. Such a cute baby at the end!

Hi you need to move the Grinder away from your Machine the moisture will clog your Grinder up.

I dont use the rocky... I use a Minimoka M-203, works great for me. The rocky should also do the trick...
