I assure you my handrighting style and the way I write letters is on a par with most people. Your program is shite!

Nice review. I'd give this game a 7 as well but only just. Ubisoft's series 'games for everyone' is a nice try but it's not as good as Nintendo's 'Touch Generations' series.
My Word Coach has a lot of potential but it's hit by some very sloppy errors (Americanism's - if you select UK English and a so-so character recognition at times).
My Word Coach works best in conjuntion with doing something else to improve your vocabulary. It's not so great on it's own.

I love the MY "" Coach series for the DS, from French, Spanish, Word, the new Chinies, and soon the TBA Japanies one....I would still like an intermideate verson of the older DS games for Spanish and what not to advance the basics taught ...

You program a natural handwriting recognizer. The systems the work well, like Graffiti, use a set of special symbols you have to learn. We had to allow for all the different ways people write letters. But that's not possible. So we took a sort of average over what people tend to do. So if it doesn't recognize one of your letters, practice it on Speed Letters and learn how it wants it. Brain Age has similar problems with recognition. It hates my "B"s.
