these look exactly the ones i see at a local indian restaurant. Just one question how would you freeze them? Is it after frying and cool the bhajis do you place them in a zip lock bag?

@Nerflover10097 You can buy bulk spices at very cheap prices from Redmoors on the internet. Great prices and quick delivery. I bought about a 1/2 kilo of ground coriander for about £3 over a year ago.

Onion Bhaji's are easy. You don't need to be Indian to cook Indian food. That's like saying you need to be Italian to make pasta, or pizza. Or you need to be American to make burgers.
