A young man purchased a dog from Gail a few days ago, and it died last night - PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Benoit Gail AND Bailey Dana


I am asking for people not to buy a puppy in a parking lot or send money to any other country for a non existent puppy. These people are being ripped off.
Please go to this facebook group below and join it. You will learn allot about the wonderful couple that come off as being so sweet but are selling sick and dyeing puppies. Before adopting a puppy out study the pictures at the facebook site. You are setting your puppy up to die if you allow them to adopt your dog.

If you think what's the use I can't help you are wrong look into your pets eyes and do it for them. Please come and protest. There has been a permit given so it is ok to protest. Lets show Nova Scotia's famous puppy millers it is not ok to sell these sick and dyeing puppies. Lets show the courts that it is time for change rules and regulations need to be put in place to help those who can not speak for themselves. Its time to make the punishment suit the crime

UPDATE
According the the Digby Court House Gail & Dana are BOTH charged with 2 counts of 11.2 Of the Animal Cruelty Prevention Act (Provincial) AND 2 Federal charges of 446.1.B. They will be appearing on February 16th, 2009 @ 930am for a plea.

Section 11.2 ------No owner of an animal or person in charge of an animal shall cause or permit the animal to be or to continue to be in distress.

446. (1) Every one commits an offence who (b) by wilful neglect causes damage or injury to animals or birds while they are being driven or conveyed;
