Have you ever run into a scam while trying to find a job? Well, we did. So with the help of craigslist and each other, we brought this scammer down! You need to see the hilarious footage of a people-predator caught on tape. So to all you would be scammers out there, be warned! We the people and our video cameras are out there! A word of advice, if you don't want anyone to know what you're doing, don't do it!

Way to go! He was recently convicted of extorting money from the parents of a man that went missing. He got a 10mth house arrest sentence. I'm wondering why he was out and and able to get away with this scam? Did he get a reduced sentence for good behaviour? It would be so good for some judge to throw the book at him, give him a sentence of more than 2 years so he has to serve it in a federal prison. Then he can taste life as some big biker dude murderer's girlfriend...that would be justice!

He was still on house arrest while doing his scams - from his house. What one really has to wonder now is why the VPD didn't respond to all the initial complaints about him.  Why did we people have to stop him from committing crimes while the VPD were supposedly supervising his house arrest??

there are only a few jobs that you have to give a criminal record check to, what job were you all applying for ? If he was commiting identity theft then alot of people are screwed and he should be shot. But you you people should also take into account that you were stupid to let this shady looking brown guy do it

honestly, you weren't there, you wouldn't know. all any of us really wanted was a job. his scam was huge - the local news covered it. so please, stop judging and name calling. if you weren't there, or weren't scammed, then your opinions on what it's like to be in that situation are completely invalid.

I met him just before he was sent to jail for a year, and I dated him when he got out and he lied about almost everything. And then started to scam people saying hes going to rent out my apartment, and fooled me into thinking hes becoming an rcmp officer. Very charming man, but he is a compulsive pathological liar and some aspects of a sociopath. So yeah, he scammed a bunch of people last week and flew to Bangladesh for 6 mos. He is a good actor, and a pro con man, dont expect him to stop soon

That will teach him! Next time he will know better than to scam people in his own city. Even the nigerians arent that dumb. Theres a reason its called online crime. You dont meet the victim face to face thats the whole idea. This guy is a moron.
