  • it makes no sense that this is on the light side of the perk tree. It's heavy armor.

  • @ValianTheRELover Your brother must suck. Because my health was maxed out at 219. I beat him in 5 minutes with magic and archery combos.

  • You can find it in one of the chests from a Draugr Deathlord during a quest, which aren't really that hard to beat if you have archery. I just forgot which quest.

  • @engnir1 Nope, the game adaptates with your current level, My brother used cheats to make his health, magicka and stamina to 999 and when attempting at the Stormcloaks mission, he found so freakin' many Draugr Deathlord, which is hard to defeat even if your health is 999 and with full Archery perks... And the Dragon he encountered is the Ancient Dragon, one fire breath and his HP reduced by 1/3 even if the HP is 999!

  • I found it at a low level then when I became level 20. Smithing 50 I made boots Problem it makes the game to easy

  • For me that's the best armor once you enchant it and stuff...

  • @zrhtemplar or dragonbone shoved up their arse!

  • I have either found all my steel plate armor or taken it from the people I have killed. I don't really remember though. I like it and I'm going to look into smithing it for upgrades. So far, I really don't worry about dying since I've found it all. I do have smithing over 90 so I could make the deadric armor, but I don't really like the looks of it, and I'm afraid of it making the game too easy then.

  • In whiterun i wlked into the bannered mare i believe, and a girl randomy attacked i killed her with slmewhat ease and looted the steel plate armor but no helmet...

  • @timmywolf97 you can either get to level 50 and make it or in the main story when you go into the dwemer ruin to find the elder scroll there is someone down there who is wearing it (apart from the helmet) and you kill her and take it

  • @timmywolf97 It's pretty hard to just find. Very few NPCs use it, except for maybe some random bandits. I just trained in Smithing, spent an extra point on Elven and then Advanced armors. After that it's pretty easy to get the materials you need. The downside is you'll have wasted a point on Elven.
