The Web surfing committee is meeting with the Olympic committee to possibly institute 'internet web surfing' as an Olympic sport for the 2012 Olympic games in London England.
Here is a replay of the 17th annual internet web surfing competition, "Surfs Up".
This is a 'directors cut' of "Surfs Up; made for the 2007, Portland Oregon '48 hour film project'. www.48hourfilm.com
"Surfs Up" was edited using both Macintosh Final Cut Pro and PC Sony Vegas Pro. This use of two editing software's, coincides well with the character names of the film; "PC" "Mac" and "Dell".
The idea of this film was much grander than team, 'Random Consistency' could have accomplished in 48 hours; without a staff of hundreds and a budget in the millions. The film was initially completed in August of 2007. 'Randomly' throughout the past year I worked on the project, added some effects and cleaned up some edits.
We had a bunch of great footage from Jeff and Jesus so there were lots of great clips to work with.
Who knows, maybe this will be an Olympic event someday! Web Surfing! Then again, It would be great to have even regular surfing in the Olympics.
A fine improvement! Just two questions:
1. Is it Roy Schwarz or Ray Schwarz? The actors say Roy but the graphic says Ray.
2. Is Perky riding an ironing board?

Yes, that is Bills Ironing board. I believe it has resumed it's life as an ironing board once again. Although, It misses it's days in the sports world, I'm sure.
