@MdGriff65 I can see how that is possible for some people. I, my self have never been affected by the 'nails-on-a-chalkboard' sound, but rather find the guitar strings give it a super personal touch. Like you can actually here the person give their personal rendition, their fingerprint. It also reminds when I used to listen to the analog versions of Wu Tang Clan. You could hear these scratches, like a vinyl was being listened to, and it would give the music a third dimension of depth.
