  • great meal for High Carb days, btw have you tried putting chicken on the top or some beef ?

  • @BashEl7as Yeah I put some grilled chicken on the pizza right after the video. It's good stuff.

  • Hello there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my GF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • @SompZThePro , i can guarantee you that 0.5% fat in milk doesn't matter. I am a male model and i take much care in all i eat. Every morning i eat my cheerious with 1.5% ( ! ) milk and i have a sixpack. I have a very strict regime. I don't eat any sweets ( only 85% dark chocolate ), i don't drink any alchohol, no coke, no fastfood and the only type of meat i eat is chicken. Of course i workout 6/7 days a week with 2 times 40min -1h of cardio. Take care and don't exaggerate

  • the soy varieties of peperoni & cheese are extremely gratifying. have you tried shiritake noodles yet?? also if you can get to whole foods try to get your hands on some "jimmy dean style" breakfast soysage. They are making soy "meats" now that are 100% protien & low to no fat! THEY ARE WICKED EXTREME!! i would love to share a recipe for bulgar wheat burgers if you like. delish & theyre as moist as a regular burger. i also serve them on 100% whole grain english muffins- my "go to".im a carb slut

  • I have whole wheat sliced bread, tomato paste, and Jamaican cheese, LEGGO.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Well skim milk has 0,5% fat im sure ;) so u'll still get a little amount of fat in the cheese, so its not really FAT FREE :)

  • I like use mushroom tops instead of bread. Then do a bit of sauce, cheese and toppings. Put in oven till cheese is melted.

  • @leanbodylifestyle or just buy some lean beef or turkey pepperoni
