It was filmed during a masterclass, that was programmed between other masterclasses. The audience wasn't very open to Doug's approach and they didn't come for Doug specifically. That's why it seems like he's playing in an empty room.
I guess this arrangement for Terrorism at that time was made for his to be released solo album, but the song didn't make it to the cd.
