@jeewoonlee The entire MV is what happened after he had gone into an "insane" state of mind (for it's obvious that he's not psychologically stable) He's obsessed with the girl (gazing at her picture all day, as if "burning a hole" through it), finds out she has a boyfriend, and probably implies the die that "if I can't have you, no one can," and thus shoots her through the head, now LITERALLY having a "hole in" her "face."
Though this may be incorrect, just my interpretation.
