  • That's a great piece of kit. It's just plastic, isn't it? Am surprised it can hold your weight.

  • I thought this guy was just a somewhat fit doctor until he went upside down. Then I was like, "Wait, what??"

  • Don't lose your grip ! lol ;)

  • is there a pdf showing how you made that set up? looks very cool!

  • Never do this without a spotter

  • Thanks, I do like building stuff. This info gives me a place to start.

  • Just looks like PVC pipe. 20 feet of pipe, 4 caps, 10 3-way connectors and 4 elbows. I have no idea how they grade that stuff, though, so I don't know if he has some metal bars in there or something. The stuff under my apartment sink is exactly the same size and the connectors all look the same. *shrug*

  • Muy bueno, suerte.

  • Does anyone know how to make the thing that he is doing this excercise on? It looks homemade but sturdy. I am good at makin stuff and would like to try it for dips, not inverted pullups. That looks dangerous.

  • These are really fun to do, which means, the workout is more fun too.

    I recommend these.
