Chopin Nocturne in C-sharp Minor

Ever since the movie The Pianist I wanted to learn this song. After playing by ear mainly on keyboards for years which I used mostly to compose I realized I cannot progress without a real piano and last year came my miracle from God :). I bought a Boston Upright UP-126 E and began to progress.

The Piano came with 3 free lessons and I took an additional 2 lessons. Then I was on my own. From there I've been attempting to learn Chopin's Nocturne in C-Sharp Minor along with the other songs from my channel that I uploaded. I'm also working on Chopin's Grande Polonaise Brillante but since I'm at Grade 0 theoretically and learning on my own I think it will be a while before you see me uploading that one :)

Please be kind with your criticisms. I appreciate tips and critiques but please keep in mind that over the last 40 or so years I've had about a total of 8-10 piano lessons and I am lacking some serious fundamental teachings.

I hope you enjoy this video and I will be updating these videos from time to time. I made my share of mistakes in this video but was pleased enough to upload it.
