i know you didnt ask me but heres some advice if you would like. Try speed runs. this is where you run fast for 10 to 15 sec n then jog or walk for 30 or 40 seconds. This burns fat and strengthens your legs and give um that fat free shape. this is why olympic sprinters have huge legs with no fat on um.
yeah and because they live on a really strict diet XD I'm a sporter myself and can tell you if you dont change your food pattern you wil not loose all your fat or you have to train like a pro and you prob dont got the time to do that ;)
