    Yeah I new that "house of the rising sun" was a cover from the animals, but I went and looked it up to find the original only to find out that the song was old as dirt and they have no idea who wrote it. Weird how the music has evolved into an industry huh?

    These "poor blues legends" were dead and in the ground for decades when Zeppelin recorded and most of those songs were traditional numbers with countless variations so even the so called original recordings AND the attributions were not altogether accurate..
