It is not Obama's agenda. Obama is nothing more than a puppet figure for the Chief Advisor (Zbigniew Brzezinski) and Henry Kissinger who appointed Obama in office. They are the one who have the agenda. Brzezinski created the NSCM-46 and made it a law in the year 1978.
