@FlightMissions VATSIM is absolutely free.You have to simply register and acquire you VATSIM I.D
From there,you have to download a pilot client like Squawkbox or "FS Copilot & FSinn(these two work hand in hand)".I suggest Squawkbox.
If you intend working on the ground(ATC),there are some useful Controller Clients at your disposal all for free.
You should definitely try VATSIM.Its every simmer's delight.
