  • IMO, this piece isn't complete unless you perform the Chaconne too. However, your performance was still well done.

  • Movement I is also on our page - we had to separate them because of length on YouTube.

  • We're playing this in band, i like the flutes and the low brass but the balance could of been better even thou it looks like you had a large band. Anyway, nice job on this great piece of band literature!

  • 3:39 cymbals are LOUD! cannot hear trumpets reach the B to the F

  • @coolness06 Exactly, which is why my school is playing all 3 movement. This is probably my favorite movement of them all. :3

  • Not that you guys did bad, but there are many mistakes. Almost every YouTube video I see of a band playing this wonderful piece has some majorly annoying mistakes obvious to those who've played it. I remember playing it with my band, flawless. Not bragging, just reliving memories. Anyway good job, the mistakes I heard wouldn't be very noticeable to the crowd. :D

  • Everyone who has ever played in a band has played this piece, and this brings back memories.

  • Ha I am with darknumber000. We too had a trumpet play the melody. Woodwinds >>

  • Hmm...For us, it was a trumpet solo that takes on the melody of Intermezzo in the beginning, not the woodwinds...I'm glad we're the ones that have the trumpet solo. *whew*

  • quite good

but the trumpet solo is a bit too soft.

I'm a trumpet player too, I've played this song before and I knew is quite difficult to perform it loudly.
