  • Phil is right though... I think the Christchurch quake shouldn't deter people from coming down there. There are so many beautiful places in New Zealand which are earthquake free. Other than agriculture, tourism practically run the economy. Hopefully Christchurch will be on it's feet in no time.

  • Too bad I need the internet to watch Craig

  • haha Phil is great!

  • Good on ya Phil! And YES please keep coming to NZ there are heaps of great places to visit- for everyone outside of Chch life is pretty much carrying on as normal. And when Chch is rebuilt come back for ANOTHER visit to see the amazing new city we will have (-;

  • There was absolutely no change to Phil's accent! His vowel sounds are all Kiwi. Accent is affected by environment. The need to be understood affects it dramatically. When I go home to NZ my accent changes without me being aware of it, but I still get ragged for my Canadian accent. In Canada I get ragged for my NZ accent. Can't win. Please help NZ - a UN official has stated the devastation is as bad as Haiti, but fewer people died due to the less concentrated population & location.
