I thought you couldnt scratch GG3 at 7N? Yet the two demos had pre-scratches at 7N?

That possibly because of a grain of sand.

Quartz crystals have microscopic supersharp edges, which go through any glass like butter. That's just bad luck.

Also as this video shows the applied force is important.

I scrated my S3's screen (GG2) by dropping my keyboard on it. It had a small plastic burr on it, which scratched the glass. So even relatively soft plastic can scratch this glass, when it has a sharp edge and is applied with enough force.

Can't trust Gorilla Glass on my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II and it still got scratched regardless (and I don't keep a handful knives on my bag). This Glass isn't as strong as what it's trying to advertise to us.

Lesson learned. Always apply a screen protector.

if you scratch it long enough you'll get scratches in there eventually

FOCUS!!!! You're at CES 2013, you couldn't find a better camera? I really liked the info, but the video gave me a headache.

Doesn't change the fact the the video is shaken (slightly) and the camera fails to autofocus properly from time to time!
