HD: More Conrail Quality SD40-2! Very Nice RS3L and K5LA!

Conrail Shared Assets train WPCA-20 heads southbound in this video shot along the Beesley Point Secondary. This move was quite rare, as these two units are assigned to CSAO WPCA-11 6 days of the week. Due to a coal train derailment and subsequent bridge repairs, the engines were not being used, thus were able to be used on WPCA-20. Leading the light engine move was CSXT #8817 still in Conrail Quality paint. CSXT SD40-2 #8855 was the second unit. The first shot was filmed in Winslow, NJ.

At 1:39, you can see the siding were the Norfolk Southern 66k Stone train sits. The engines were uncoupled from the stone cars. For a night video of the stone train leaving, please see my NS 67K video.

I was also able to catch WPCA-20 returning north. I set up shop in Audubon, NJ were I caught CSXT #8855 leading with its horn still mounted above the cab. Get your shots of these engines while you can, CSXT is moving the horns out of sight above the long hood.

The town 67k sits in is Winslow, NJ. They don't always leave the locomotives there, sometimes they are sent back to Camden's Pavonia yard.
