Here we see the Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pedal.

Big Muff Pi

Distortion/Sustainer
The NYC original. Hendrix and Santana were among the first to get a piece of the Pi, and for over 40 years the Big Muff Pi has been defining the sound of rock guitar. Revered by contemporary guitarists and rock legends for its rich, creamy, violin-like sustain, from Pink Floyd to The White Stripes, everyone still wants a piece of the Pi!

  • Hey Shane, thanks for your demos, really helpfull to me,,, I recently bought and Ac15c1, now watching your vidz I know my 1st pedal is gonna be the Behringer t800 green pedal, so this is great for me because you have the same amp as me so I'll be knowing how does your pedals exactly sound with that amp!

greetings and have a great day!

  • @Silverspring777 Cool those AC-15 amps are unreal hey :) Best chuggy tone on the planet. Glad you enjoy the videos my friend cheers :)

  • sounds decent... haven't seen you play the mexican strat fro ages...

  • @danielstuartblues Thanks man, I don't really like the Noiseless Pickups as much as the single coils these days, they sound a bit compressed and weird but for higher gain stuff they sound great. Cheers!

  • I use this pedal as a lead booster alongside a Nobels OD-1...works for me!

  • @Joetp Sweet, sounds cool - I'll check out the OD-1 :)

  • Nice, I havent heard anything nicer than a tube driver though, expensive but oh so nice :-)

  • @MyEverConstantSmile Pleny of new Distortion pedals coming up too! :) hehee

  • @olsen4545 Thanks mate, this is the new format that I started today after looking at ways to improve. I am now using two condenser mics one for the "room" sound rather than the close mic as I feel this gives people a better idea of how it would sound live rather than with you "ear up to the grill" hehe :-) Cheers man, most appreciated!

  • Never thought you'd do a Muff! Great demo, man.
