Poultry Tale - Honk! Honk! performed by children's theatre. Performers aged 8-19. Honk is a retelling of the Ugly Duckling. (Winter 2004)

  • @singindancinfool how were the 'wings' attched?

  • @kittensplash17 They were sewn onto the back of the costumes and the ends had wooden dowels in them that the actors could grab.

  • @singindancinfool how long did this go on? When do ur practices start? And how many nights did this perform? Thx. :)

  • @kittensplash17 Rehearsal started September, show opened end of November. I believe there were 12 performances. Rehearsals were generally Tues, Weds, Thurs, Sundays - but not every day was used and not everyone called for every rehearsal.

  • @singindancinfool did the charecters have mics? Cause my school has them :)

  • @kittensplash17 Yes, not all cast members were on mic but most were. And to your other question - I assume you mean was anyone double cast? The only leading role double cast was Drake/Bullfrog. The actor playing Drake did the Bullfrog's voice.
