@kittensplash17 They were sewn onto the back of the costumes and the ends had wooden dowels in them that the actors could grab.

@kittensplash17 Rehearsal started September, show opened end of November. I believe there were 12 performances. Rehearsals were generally Tues, Weds, Thurs, Sundays - but not every day was used and not everyone called for every rehearsal.

@kittensplash17 Yes, not all cast members were on mic but most were. And to your other question - I assume you mean was anyone double cast? The only leading role double cast was Drake/Bullfrog. The actor playing Drake did the Bullfrog's voice.
