@FosterAnimation Don't forget that 'attack ads' are double edged swords, they probably hurt the purveyor more than the intended target by making them seem petty and trivial. I don't know what kind of moron would be influenced by a political ad anyway.

I hate attack ads just let the people vote for who they want. It's not the party leader who controls Canada it's us we have the right to choose who is in charge of all the laws so please don't let something stupid influence vote for who you want be happy other people cant vote they just have dictator and if they speak against the dictator they die. Attack ads have been around forever, some people like them, others don't. However, when used appropriately they are effective at getting the point across. This video is of horrible quality and basically pointless.

I have never stated that other political parties have not run attack adds. I am commenting on two things, one that there should not be any attack adds in general before an election (I wish there was no attack adds ever as it defeats the point of politics), and two the Conservative attack adds are taking things completely out of context.
