Hearing this is like the annihilation of intense Love! The labour of Faith, the fruit of Hope, and the everlasting splendour of Charity; I wish I could speak more of it, but this post is trite enough in commenting on the ineffable.

Merci beaucoup José Ramon Moran for sharing this hidden byzantine place in Europe. I loved your byzantine work in St.Nikolai Bardowick (Germany) every sunday as well. I will sing and pray with you in this beautifull location church soon as possible.

they in fact, are catholic.
i have a cd of them from the 80's and instead of praying for the patriarch, they pray instead for the pope of rome.

This video is of the Byzantine Catholic Rite at the Monastery of Chevetogne. They have both a Latin and a Byzantine (Eastern Catholic) church at the monastery. We may note, however, that many Orthodox churches also use the Byzantine rite.

@remline This is not "catholic rite." It is Orthodox.

The language is Church Slavonic, pronounced according to the Russian model.
