Is line management more than just an impediment to Scrum?
Are the needs of the Scrum team members the only yardstick for an agile organization? Is the agile coach rather part of the solution or rather part of the problem? We will address these questions in a trialogue between a line manager, an agile coach and a systemic consultant who have intensively worked together both in developing agile processes in different companies and in research on agile methods.
Using our business experience and the results of a currently ongoing survey, based on qualitative interviews with more than 80 IT and management experts, Thomas, Peter & Sigi would like to talk about successful leadership and change in an agile environment.
