    give Ross some respect, he's somewhat of a name, a veteran. LW division is deep, so not being in the top 10 isn't that bad, if you fight at LW. he's certainly not just some debut gatekeeper for every new fighter.

    The misconception bout being a great business person is that you have 2 be a tyrant or an asshole. That is false, I believe that Dana is a pimp.Alot of UFC fighters are underpaid & devalued. I can understand why Randy Couture went 2 another organization.
