I first saw Van Halen in a small club in 1978. I have never seen a band that all members had incredible talents It was 1 + 1 + 1 +1 = 10. They were also the loudest band I have see to this date. The current VH is NOT the same without Michael Anthony.

I noticed him going into the verse prematurely as well, that's hilarious stuff. Being a former guitarist/musician, mistakes happen and how you deal with them is the difference between a bad night and a great night. Eddie kept plugging away, changed back to the opening and got on track, grinning the whole time.
Obviously, a great night!

@asclarice Maybe three Van Halens and a Dave. Tres VH uno DLR. It's a very unique opportunity for father brother/uncle son/nephew to be playing together. Mike will always be a part of Van Halen no way you can just write off all the years of his contribution to almost everything they ever recorded. They are like Deep Purple mach 1 mach 2 e.t.c. only getting rid of Mike was lame. Wolf is the only justifiable replacement. Eddie and him will be doing some amazing things together hopefully.
