Jewel, you don't remember me I'm sure, but I used to help feed the homeless in Ocean Beach, San Diego. You were in a van with a few other kids and you came to our vegetarian feed. God Bless you for what you are doing, and thank you for remembering those still on the streets. I found myself homeless about 5 years ago. I lived in my truck too! Thank you again for being our angel.

I was also was a homeless teen. (horrible life to live!!) Now I try to help others every chance I get. I'm glad so many others are as well. More attention goes into most peoples weekly grocery list than goes toward helping homeless youth. If you think it's not "your problem", eventually it will be.
