  • was funny the guy at the end in the background with the nikon bag..video bomber...pwned

  • Too much hype about this camera its not really a winner actually, black dot problem when shooting at night at high ISO around 400-6400 can you explain to us about this problem sir. Its disappointing really it could be one of the best dslr. Please dont sell your 5d my friend your gonna hang to it a little bit longer until canon resolved this problem.

  • One of the best, great new features but i just wondering how will the 1d mark 4 will be like, megapixel and all that, hmmm?

i will probably keep my 5d and invest on lenses. The canon 300mm f2.8 IS L is the same price as the 5d 2 so i will get the lens and i will wait for 1d mark 4.

  • I have one reserved at Calumet. What would be interesting is to see how many are presold already nationally. This must be Canon's biggest fortune yet early in the game.

At $2700.00, it's an easy to reach system if you already have L glass. Oh Yeah, Can't wait to see my 300f2.8L on this guy.

Nikon has the same feature although slightly smaller video format with the D90. It's impressive as well.

  • Oh Lord I guess I need to sell my 2 5Ds now... arrggh!

  • I've heard a firmware update will allow it to record 1080P HD in both 25 and 30 FPS. Not sure why its 25 instead of 24, but I think its close enough, or maybe they meant 24.9 FPS. I don't know.

Should be a great camera, the 21.1 Megapixels are cool but the big high lights will be HI-ISO from 50 to 25,600. Microlens adjustment and HD video that to me looks close to Super 16 is awesome.

  • " (i can imaging it being very important in snowboard filming and photography."

I was thinking the exact same thing.

  • no way that is awesome! this will proibly be the future of all indy film making (i can imaging it being very important in snowboard filming and photography. well done canon. now lets work on the price and changing it to a nikon....
