As long as you have titanium installed its a pretty easy set up to match. The Fonts are just a cab that I downloaded. Just Google "windows mobile fonts cab" look at the first post. Its got a link to XDA Dev. Lock screen is S2U2 with my wallpaper set. Oh and Im using the HTC Theme for the black and white start menu and task bar. Hope that helps

To be honest with you I cant even remember which rom that was, I flash so often. Everything you see in the video are my own mods. Right now I'm using the Lyrobyte rom. Its very lite and clean. Allows for me to customize it the way I want it.

I also bought some generic clear ones from eBay for a little more. The ones from DealExtreme aren't too bad either, they just don't go to the edge of the screen, but it doesn't bother the viewing area.

this is indeed a very sexy looking screen protector lol that made me laugh. great review though! im actually second guessing getting this now.
