John Shawe coal-fired Sandy River Baldwin running over the trestles on the Egham & Staines MRC Garden Railway line. This loco was in continuous steam for five hours. (Sorry about the noise from the Heathrow flight path!!)

  • Nice running loco. Whose frieght cars did you use to mach the scale of this loco?

  • @bobrstrong1 Hello Bob, I'm pleased to hear that you liked the video. The freight cars are Bachmann '20L' type I think. They are shorter and smaller than the D&RGW ones and pair with the loco better which, as you may know, is actually modelled in 15mm/ft scale. Best Wishes, John
