@UnrealHATE As awesome as this game is it just seems like they were a bit too general with the gameplay and hoped that just the sheer appeal of the game would overwrite that fact. On top of that it's just another example of the Kid Icarus/Metroid Scenario. On the plus side, so long as Jack Black is still around, they'll probably make a sequel, and who knows how great that's could be?! So here's hoping for Brutal Legend 2!!

hell this game was way better than uncharted i mean you can't beat a game with the funny voice acting of jack black, classic heavy metal music, cameo appearances i mean seroiusly this game shouldve been at least in the top 5 games of the year

I just got it. This is like the whole Kid Icarus coming out the same day as Metroid1. Someone will remember this game and bring it back with an even more badass, metal-er sequel, mark my words.

Awesome job on the videos, man. Most people's commentary is annoying, but yours made the video better.
Game has several high profile metal people. So far Ozzy, Rob Halford, Lemmy Kilmister, and Lita Ford have been announced, but there's a good chance there are others. And from what's been shown, they play supporting roles, not just cameos.
Soundtrack has over 100 licensed metal songs and an original metal score.
Game is set in an open world (64 square km), not strictly linear like the demo.
